- Ordering
How do I place an order?
You can place an order online by adding items to your basket, change quantities while viewing your basket, and then select checkout.
If you prefer not to order online, you may either email, phone or fax your order. Once we have confirmed receipt of your order and the order total you can provide details of your payment card over the telephone or you can post a cheque to our registered address.
If you experience problems placing your order online, for example if you already have a PayPal account but cannot, or do not wish to, use it please telephone us on 0845 094 6470 and we will take payment over the telephone.
We do not print invoices as standard, but will email it to you. If you require a printed invoice please request one at the time of placing your order.
