Q What happens if my order was undeliverable?

A When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund (excluding delivery charges), minus a fee of up to £10 for re-stocking.

We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those items, you're welcome to place a new order on our website.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after four weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at customerservice@friendlybaby.co.uk with your transaction id and a brief description of the problem.

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Address
  • Failed Delivery Attempts
  • Refused by Recipient (usually if it is a gift and is not expected)

In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the delivery process. In this case we would issue a full refund including delivery charges.
