What are my payment options?

Once you've decided what you want to buy, you can choose from the following payment options. Please be assured that your details are safe with us, and we do not store your payment details.

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, PayPal account or cheques. We also accept Real Nappy Vouchers issued by Bristol City Council, South Gloucestershire Council and Gloucestershire Council. Please see our information about using local council incentive schemes.

Payment may be taken online or by telephone on 0845 094 6470. If there is no one available to take your call, please leave your name and telephone number and we will phone you back as soon as possible to take your order.
