How do I redeem a Real Nappies for London (RNfL) Voucher?

We are registered suppliers for Real Nappies for London (RNfL) and accept vouchers. For more information visit www.realnappiesforlondon.org.uk.

RNfL vouchers may be redeemed only against the products mentioned on it, such as nappies, wraps, liners and nappi nippas. Vouchers DO NOT cover items like nappy mesh, bucket, sanitisers, training pants, swim nappies.

To redeem your RNfL voucher with FriendlyBaby please do the following.

1. Place your order online or over the telephone in the usual way. We will refund you for the amount on your voucher if you place the order online, or deduct it from the original total charged if you order over the telephone.
2. Email us at customerservice@friendlybaby.co.uk to tell us you have a voucher, give the Voucher number, the name of the issuing borough and your order number.
3. Send your original voucher to us at the address below, along with a copy of your proof of ID. Acceptable forms of proof of ID include driver's licence, passport, council tax bill, etc.

4. Once we have received your voucher and copy of proof of ID we will contact you, process any outstanding refund for the voucher and dispatch your order to you. Please note that under the terms of the scheme we are unable to dispatch your order to you until we have received your documentation.

Terms and Conditions of the Scheme

1. voucher numbers have a unique reference and are identified with details of the person eligible to redeem it;
2. the voucher value is clearly shown on the voucher and varies with the issuing borough;
3. the voucher is valid for 6 months from the date shown on the voucher (inclusive).
4. one voucher only is issued per baby;
5. vouchers are directly redeemable only by the applicant identified on the voucher.
6. the voucher can only be redeemed for cloth nappies and reasonably associated sundries such as wraps, grippers, liners;
7. vouchers cannot be redeemed by customers retrospectively (ie after original purchase).
8. no cash change can be given to the customer holding the voucher on exchange of the voucher.
