How do I redeem a Real Nappies for London (RNfL) Voucher?
How do I redeem a Bristol, Gloucestershire or South Gloucestershire Real Nappy Voucher?
We are approved suppliers for our local Council incentive schemes of Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire. If you are the holder of a voucher for one of these councils please place your order, for at least £50 for nappies and wraps, online or over the phone in the usual way. We can either charge you the full amount and dispatch your order straight away, or process a refund for £30 immediately and wait until we have received your voucher before dispatching your order. Email us at customerservice@friendlybaby.co.uk to tell us you have a voucher, give the Voucher number, the name of the issuing council and your order number. Send your original voucher to us at the address below. Please note that we do not have a physical shop and you are unable to call in to deliver your voucher and collect your order without prior appointment. All orders placed under the Real Nappy Voucher scheme are eligible for free delivery.
