How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel or amend any order placed with friendlybaby.co.uk, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. Please email us at: customerservice@friendlybaby.co.uk including your transaction id, name and address and cancellation or amendment instructions. We will confirm ability to cancel or amend your order upon receipt of your instruction.
