Dispatch and Delivery
If you've already placed your order, but it hasn't arrived or there was a problem with the delivery, send an email to: customerservice@friendlybaby.co.uk with your transaction id and a brief description of the problem.
To find out how long it will take to receive your order, please refer to the order confirmation email that shows an estimated dispatch date for you based on the availability of your items. If you have neither received the items when expected or had further emails from us then please send an email to: customerservice@friendlybaby.co.uk with your transaction id and a note to say that your order has not arrived. We will look into this for you.
We always aim to package products so that they reach you in perfect condition, but where possible we will re-use packaging materials.
