What are the delivery rates?

Postage and packing on orders over £50 within mainland UK are free; while on orders under £50 cost £2.95.

Please note that postage costs in some areas of the UK (postal codes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE) may incur additional delivery charges due to the courier options being restricted, but it will depend upon the weight of your order. We will contact you if this is the case and advise of any additional postage costs, at which point you will have the opportunity to either pay the additional costs or cancel your order.

We usually use Royal Mail first class, second class or Standard Parcels post, but may sometimes use a courier service, particularly if your order is heavy.

If you require your order in a hurry we can use next day delivery, but please contact us in advance to confirm that all the items are in stock, and we will advise you of the additional postage costs.

We are excluded from posting certain items overseas by our contracts with suppliers so please contact us if you need an order to be posted overseas. If we are not excluded from sending your required items to you then we will advise you of the postage costs and you can then decide whether you wish to proceed with your order.
