We Say: Having used ordinary washable breast pads and hated the regular leaks onto t-shirts and obvious bumps under clothing that seemed inevitable we were bowled over with LilyPadz. Admittedly in the early days they may leak a bit until your supply settles down, but certainly no worse than the leaking that occurs with traditional breast pads (washable or disposable).
