How to purchase a gift certificate:

1. Select 'Add' to basket.
2. Enter your details, and select the value of the Gift Certificate: £5, £10, £15, £20, £30, £50, £75, £100, £125, £200, £300 or £500.
3. Enter the recipients details if you wish the Gift Certificate to be emailed directly to the recipient. NB. The recipient must have, or set up, a PayPal account with the same email address that you enter here, so if you are unsure then we recommend you do not enter the recipients details and provide a printed Gift Certificate instead.
4. Pay for your purchase.

How to redeem a gift certificate:

1. Visit www.friendlybaby.co.uk. Shop and find an item you want to purchase.
2. Log in to your PayPal account. You must have, or register for, a PayPal account to redeem this gift certificate.
3. When prompted, enter your gift certificate redemption code and follow the last steps to redeem your Gift Certificate.

Important Terms:

1. Printed Gift Certificates are transferable if they do not include a recipient email address. For security and verification purposes, you may be required to verify your identity using a credit card.
2. The gift certificates can be redeemed only for merchandise sold on www.friendlybaby.co.uk.
3. Multiple gift certificates can be redeemed on a single purchase. Unused balances may be applied to other purchases.
4. Gift Certificates do not expire.
5. Neither www.friendlybaby.co.uk nor PayPal are responsible for lost or stolen gift Certificates.
6. Gift Certificate recipients can cancel their Gift Certificate within 60 days of the purchase date and have funds refunded to the purchaser.
7. Refunds on Gift Certificates that were purchased using a credit or debit card will have the face value credited to that credit or debit card. Refunds on Gift Certificates that were not purchased using a credit or debit card will be placed into the purchaser's PayPal account.
